Villa Miami is a condominium tower, not a villa rental or a house. It is one 55-story building on the bay in Edgewater with 49 residential levels: half floors of about 3,000 SF, full floors of about 6,000 SF and a three-level penthouse, sold by the developer for delivery in 2027. The current list, with its date, goes to registered buyers.
The Vision
A New Standard of Living in Miami
Villa Miami is a 55-story residential tower that redefines waterfront living in Edgewater. Developed by Terra (one of South Florida's most respected developers, led by CEO David Martin) in partnership with One Thousand Group, the project brings together an extraordinary team of global visionaries.
Major Food Group (the team behind Carbone, ZZ's, and The Grill) curates the building's dining and lifestyle experiences. Interiors are designed by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co, the celebrated designer behind Soho House's most iconic properties. Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Co crafts the lush landscape environments, while ODP Architects under Kurt Dannwolf designed the tower's sculptural form.
The tower has water on two sides, Biscayne Bay to the east and Little Blue Cove to the south. Every residence is a half floor of about 3,000 SF or a full floor of about 6,000 SF, above three levels of private club amenities and a two-level Major Food Group restaurant at the base, with a private dock and a rooftop helipad planned (both subject to approvals). The Design District is five blocks away and Miami Beach is across the Venetian Causeway.
