Water on Two Sides
Villa Miami stands at the edge of Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, with the bay to the east and Little Blue Cove to the south. The developer's plans put the dock on the bay and the grounds, landscaped by Enzo Enea with native planting, along both water sides.
The developer calls Edgewater the residential neighborhood of the Design District: five blocks from its shops and restaurants, across the Venetian Causeway from Miami Beach, with sunset views over the bay and the Venetian Islands. The grounds connect to the planned Miami Baywalk promenade.

What Each Side of the Tower Faces
East
Biscayne Bay toward the Venetian Islands and Miami Beach. Every residence has its east end on the bay: the living room and kitchen on the half floors, the living room and the primary suite on the full floors.
South
Little Blue Cove and the bay beyond. The 01 half-floor line and the kitchen, dining and family room of the full floors run along this side.
West
The city. The primary suite of both half-floor lines sits on this end, with a terrace.
North
The street side and the Edgewater shoreline. The 02 half-floor line and the bedrooms of the full floors face this way.
The brochure promises mornings over the Venetian Islands. That view is the east end of every residence and the whole south side, so it belongs to the 01 line and to the full floors more than to the 02 line, whose long side faces north. Height changes how much bay the north side sees, so for an 02 residence ask for the floor and a view photograph from that height before you weigh the price difference.
Orientation from the developer's 2024 plans and their key plans. Views vary by residence and floor and no view is guaranteed.
